Safety

Safety first.

No exceptions.

You shouldn’t have to take anyone’s word that your kid is safe. Here’s exactly what we do — and what we don’t do — to make sure you never have to wonder.

How It Works

Four things. All of them non-negotiable.

01 · Recording

Every session is recorded.

Zoom recordings are generated automatically for every session — video and audio. Parents receive access within 24 hours of each session ending. No exceptions, no opt-outs. The recording exists regardless of whether you watch it.

You don’t have to watch every session. But you always can. Every word, every scene, every dice roll — on record.

02 · Live Access

Parent observer link, every session.

Every session comes with a separate Zoom link for parent observers. You join silently — camera off, mic off — and watch in real time. No notice required. You can drop in any week, any session, without telling anyone you’re there.

The observer link is sent with every session invite. You are always welcome in the room. No exceptions.

03 · No Contact

Players cannot contact each other.

There is no Discord server. There is no group chat. There is no messaging feature anywhere in this setup. Players are not given each other’s names, contact details, or social media. The only time they interact is during the session itself, on Zoom, with Theo present.

Outside the session, there is no connection between players. Period.

04 · Intro Call

You meet us before you pay.

Before your first session, we get on a call — you, your questions, and Theo’s mom. We walk through how sessions run, confirm the right tier, go through the safety setup, and answer everything. You know exactly what you’re signing up for before any money changes hands.

No surprises on Day 1. No payment until after the intro call.

Content

What's in the campaigns.

Two tiers, two content levels. Kids are never mixed across age groups. Content is set before the campaign begins and doesn’t drift mid-story.

PG

Young Adventurers · Ages 10–13

Age-appropriate adventure, accessible storytelling, and genuine stakes — without content that requires parental guidance.

PG-13

Teen Guild · Ages 13–17

More complex storytelling, genuine moral dilemmas, and themes that treat teens as capable of handling nuance — without adult content.

The Platform

Why we use Zoom.

Zoom is the platform most families already have and trust. No new accounts, no unfamiliar software, no setup surprises. Your kid just clicks a link and they’re in.

We don’t run sessions on Discord, Twitch, YouTube, or any platform where uncontrolled third parties can be present. Zoom is a closed, link-only session — nobody can join without the exact invite link.

Session Setup

Safety Questions

FAQ.

Theo has the ability to end or pause a session at any time. Parents receive notification after every session. If anything unusual happens, we contact you immediately — not in the next recap email. For safety concerns, reach out directly to Theo’s mom via the contact provided after signup.

We don’t run open sessions or trial runs — cohorts are tight-knit groups and dropping in a stranger would affect the table dynamic. However, the intro call is exactly where you get to ask every question, understand how sessions work, and decide if it’s right for your kid before any payment is made.

Tell us. Theo conducts a brief check-in at the start of each campaign arc to make sure content is landing well for the group. If your kid has a specific concern between sessions, email Theo’s mom directly — issues are addressed before the next session, not weeks later.

You watch the recording. Every session is on record. If content drifts from the stated rating, you’ll be able to see it and contact us immediately. We stake our reputation on this — the rating is a commitment, not a suggestion.

No. All communication about scheduling, recaps, and logistics goes through parents only. Theo does not contact players directly outside of sessions. There is no DM, no group chat, and no social media connection between Theo and any player.
